Dolce Hotels and Resorts strives to maintain competitive pay rates comparable to those of similar companies in our geographical locations. Depending upon the position, total compensation may include bonuses and incentives. We also show our appreciation to Associates by offering a competitive, comprehensive benefits package. Training and Career Growth

Dolce Hotels and Resorts sees training is an ongoing, lifelong learning process. Our goal is for every associate to have one week of training per year to master Dolce standards of service, hone skills and learn new technologies. With specialized training in service standards, sales training and leadership development, we consider our associates to be the best in the industry.

As our company grows and positions become available we aspire to have our current associates move into roles of increased responsibility. Career Track combines a company-wide succession plan with a series of specialized, individual career growth tracks. Associates involved in Career Track select their next career path goal and are mentored by Dolce Associates who are proficient in the desired skill set areas.
