We are frequently asked to invest in the properties we manage. Investment in any asset must comply with our overall strategic plan and investment criteria established by our Board of Directors.

Our Chief Investment and Financial Officer analyzes investment opportunities and when appropriate, presents them to the Board for consideration. When the investment opportunity fits within these parameters, the CIO/CFO aggressively participates with our partners in seeking capital for joint venture, acquisition, and/or FF&E requirements.
