Dolce International provides all its expertise, management and services within a management contract mutually agreed to by both the owner and Dolce. The contract provides for a Management Fee, Sales and Marketing Allocation, Sales Commissions for business booked into the facility from Global Sales Offices and the Central Reservations Office, and when applicable, Technical Services Fees for assistance during a design and construction phase. All fees are clearly stipulated in the contract and agreed to by both parties.
Important criteria we consider are:
- Compatibility with the Owner and Owner expectations
- Length of contract
- Base management fee with performance incentive
- Compliance with Dolce Brand standards
- Completion of product and service enhancements as agreed in order to come into the portfolio
- Acceptance of Dolce systems and procedures
- Fair and equitable termination clause
