Dolce Hotels and Resorts is a leading operator of hotels, resorts and conference centers in North America and Europe recognized for its expertise in hosting corporate and association meetings, training sessions , weddings and other social and events.

Since its founding in 1981, Dolce has grown steadily and now manages 23 properties  for some of the industry's most prestigious owners including LaSalle Hotel Properties, Crow Holdings, Bannimo Real Estate, IBM, General Electric and the United States Postal Service.

DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
Dolce provides a wide array of development services to meet the needs of property owners and real estate developers. Dolce's specializes in three key areas:

Dolce's qualified hotels, resorts and conference centers that have well-appointed guest rooms, sufficient meeting space, adequate food-and-beverage (F&B) facilities, access to airports and transportation and other features and amenities that align with the Dolce brand and its vision for growth.

Dolce is prepared to conduct a substantial review of your property and assess its potential for long-term growth within its portfolio.  If your property aligns with the brand, Dolce will propose competitive terms for a long-term growth partnership.  Among other services, Dolce will provide owners with a detailed property improvement plan (PIP), if needed, as well as thorough transition planning.

REPOSITIONING
Conditions, competitive sets and consumer demand in many markets change dramatically over time, necessitating the need to redesign your property to meet the hospitality needs of the new marketplace.  This often requires a substantial redevelopment plan to achieve renewed revenue and profit growth.

Dolce has significant experience and success repositioning properties to attract higher-rated corporate group and transient business.  Redevelopment often involves upgrades in guest rooms, meeting space and technology as well as supporting F&B facilities and other amenities.

In a repositioning, Dolce provides guidance in market analysis and pro-forma projections.  Additionally, Dolce assists with space planning, technical services, furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) guidance and PIPs. Ultimately, Dolce provides a complete pre-opening and budget plan for a successful property relaunch.

NEW BUILD CONSTRUCTION
Dolce seeks new-construction opportunities across all markets in the United States, Canada and Europe.  Dolce has worked successfully with developers on new-construction hotels, resorts and conference centers.
