Make a reservation with Dolce Hotels and Resorts, and if within the next 24 hours you find a lower rate for the same hotel, room type, and reservation dates, submit a claim form immediately. (You must submit the claim at least 24 hours before your hotel check-in time so we can properly verify each claim.) If the lower rate you found qualifies, we will honor the lower rate and give you an additional 20% off that lower rate, subject to terms and conditions listed below. This Dolce Hotels and Resorts guarantee is good worldwide for all guestroom reservations at participating hotel brands listed in the terms and conditions.

How to File a Claim

Making a claim is easy. Just follow these instructions, fill out the claim form, fax or email the form with supporting documentation to the property you have made your reservation at. For full details, please review our terms and conditions.

The property rate and the Comparison Rate must be found, and a completed Claim Form submitted, within 24 hours and must be for the same hotel, room type and reservation dates.

The form indicates all the required information for your claim. You will need to provide the property at least one reservation booked through a Dolce Reservation Channel (our Reservations Centers, a property, or a property/Dolce International web site.

If you found a lower rate through a Dolce Reservations Channel, a travel agency, or a travel management company, you must reserve the second reservation before completing this form.

If you found your lower rate through a non-Dolce Internet site, you do not need to make a second reservation, but you will need to provide the Web address or screen shot where you saw the lower rate.

You will be contacted within 24 hours of submitting your claim.
